Hot Damn Tattoo was established in 2025, representing the latest evolution of a space that has been a tattoo shop for many years. This iteration is the culmination of our collective experience, centered on a deep love for tattooing and the traditions and community it fosters. Our shop is home to a diverse group of artists with wide-ranging styles and backgrounds, all dedicated to providing a beautiful, welcoming environment for the ancient tradition of getting tattooed.

Located in a second-story suite off historic Alberta Street in Northeast Portland, we offer a private experience for those who need it, as well as a fun, lively atmosphere for those looking to pick something off the wall on a whim or get tattooed with friends.

Owners Monica, Austin, and Crowley are lifelong artists who integrate their creative backgrounds into every aspect of the craft. We prioritize technical proficiency and creativity without ever sacrificing sanitary standards. Outside of the shop, you’ll find us active in the local community, hosting pop-up flash events, participating in neighborhood street fairs, and supporting our fellow artists and neighboring shops both here in Portland and abroad.
